Scheduling Your Hours
After purchasing a package, your hours will be distributed across lessons scheduled in coordination with your Student Advisor and in accordance with the lesson frequency you choose.
Minimum Lesson Length
The minimum lesson length is one hour. The only exception is the Trial Class. Lessons requested by the student that last less than one hour will be counted as one hour from the student’s package.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice. If sufficient notice is not provided, one hour will be deducted from the student’s package.
Package Expiration
Purchased hours remain valid for 365 days from the original purchase date.
Refund Policy
Unused hours may be refunded within 365 days of purchase.
A service termination fee applies:
• $15 if the refund is requested within 30 days of purchase.
• $25 if the refund is requested more than 30 days after purchase.
