Once you contact Lumicios—whether for a free trial class or direct enrollment—you’ll be assigned a dedicated Student Advisor. They will provide personalized guidance, help with scheduling, answer questions about your classes, and assist in selecting the right teacher. Your advisor will support you in every step of your Spanish learning journey.

Step 2

Matching You with the Right Teacher

Your Student Advisor is committed to helping you achieve your learning objectives. Through a personalized assessment process, including a survey and level assessment exam, they will gain valuable insights into your learning preferences and needs. Based on this, they will carefully match you with a teacher who fits your proficiency level and availability, ensuring your lessons are fully tailored to help you reach your goals.

Step 3

Setting Up Your Classes

When you enroll, your chosen package comes with a specific number of hours. Your Student Advisor will work closely with you to create a schedule that fits your availability and preferences. Whether you’re beginning with a free trial or starting your full package, your advisor will ensure your classes are arranged for maximum convenience. You’ll receive a confirmation with a link to your virtual classroom, and from there, you’re all set to begin your learning journey!

Step 4

Class Reminders and Notifications

Lumicios will send you friendly reminders via email and SMS so you never miss a class. You’ll receive notifications one day and one hour before each session, including the link to your virtual classroom. Simply click the link at the scheduled time, and your teacher will be there, ready for your Spanish class.
